For any retailer, anywhere in the world, a POS, or a Point of Sale System is a central component of the business. It’s the hub where everything merges. The objective is to develop an integrated app for the retail industry that could automate the billing transactions at any supermarket chain or any retail outlet.

  • Screen with online cash position and ongoing the Tills’ real time transactions
  • Live screen monitoring of six different Tills from back office

THE SOLUTION

  • Customer loyalty module that involves gift voucher and promotional plan facilities wherein customers could avail of loyalty points, free items, gift vouchers and discount
  • Facility of transferring and managing items between all branches
  • Currency management with manageable exchange rate as well as reports in various currency
  • Discounts and gifts on various items
  • Online credit card verification and payment acceptance
  • Online authorization options for purchase order, purchase invoices, goods received, price list management, price changes, customer credit and more
  • Full fledge accounting module with Forex gain/loss calculation and report generation for supporting multi-currency
  • Facility of managing numerous price change, short expiry price change
  • Mailbox for each user with pop-up functionality for authorization request
  • Wi-Fi enabled data collectors compliant, such as PDA for physical stock management
  • Barcode and shelf label printing that support multiple printer type
  • Orders of quotes could be sent directly to customer or supplier via email or could be printed
  • Stock valuation on basis of Last cost, FIFO, and last price and average cost
  • Generates stand alone and clubbed reports of all branches. The reports include:
  • Purchase
  • Sales
  • Inventory
  • Branch
  • Financial
  • POS management

All reports could be displayed, could be printed, emailed and exported to Excel, Word and PDF.

THE RESULT

The POS system offers better picture of customer buying preferences, product lifecycle, seasonal trends and a whole lot more. The Point of Sale software program offers these benefits:

  2. Convenient – Keep track of sales and inventory data of all stores at a central location.
  3. Efficient – Know exactly when to re-order inventory and how much one needs to reorder.
