Ignite is the networking-marketing arm of Stream Energy. Stream Energy is the world’s largest net marketer of energy and is currently ranked 14th internationally on the recent list of the Top 100 direct selling companies in the world in Direct Selling News.

Immediate income is earned when you enroll four customers within 30 days. You may count your home site as two customers. Immediate income is also earned when you sponsor an associate who also enrolls their four customers within 30 days.
The second way to earn income is called Leadership Income via promotion from Director to three increasingly lucrative leadership positions - Managing Director, Senior Director and Executive Director.
For each associate you sponsor you earn immediate income but now you can also earn additional income for each Associate below your first level dependent on your promotion level. The power of Ignite’s Leadership Income plan is that these bonuses are paid on every Associate on every level to unlimited depth.
The third way to earn income is called Residual Income or Monthly Energy Income. Residual Income is a primary focus in the Ignite Compensation plan because it means you can get paid month-after-month when people pay their energy bills within your organization. The monthly residual increases as you are promoted within the Ignite organization from Director to Executive Director.
Ignite’s results are only a small portion of the $500 Billion national energy market. The great news is that Ignite has still only captured less than 2 tenths of one percent of the total energy market nationwide.
