Multi-tasking is a great concept, and one thing that we are all trying to do all day long, but when it comes down to getting things done, getting them done efficiently, and on time we need to focus all that we have on the task at hand.

Distractions will slow your performance, so avoid them. Prepare yourself for each task you are going to accomplish, do your best to segregate each task into bite size pieces so that you are able to best accomplish each task that arises, and accomplish it in the most efficient manner.
