A fourth reason that people are not producing is because of a lack of confidence in the company.
You really see this in a new (upstart) opportunity. Most are going to be hesitant about promoting something that hasn’t been proven. It is very understanding because if you value your reputation (as I do), you will not just promote something because it sounds good.
Remember the phrase Con Artist? Their conversation seems so real that they get you involved “hook line and sinker” (fishing example). We know there are many Con Artists out there and they are feeding on peoples desire to take care of their family.
A lot of the programs on the Internet are scams. There is no product; people are just putting money in the pot. When new people stop getting involved in these programs, they collapse. For most people, if this happens to them once, they become very hesitant about other opportunities.
Ron’s recommendation: First off be very careful of what you get involved in. Do not allow money to make your decision for you. If you do and you just keep joining businesses, you will in time destroy your credibility.
If someone is hesitant about the company, “DON’T RECRUIT THEM”.
A quick tip: If you have to talk someone into believing in the company, you will have to talk them into sharing it with others.
Company credibility is one that you have to allow someone to decide on his or her own. Yes, there are those that will join the company in spite of the company, if they trust you. If this is the case, you better make sure that the opportunity is real or as I said earlier, your credibility is gone.
It ain’t right. It ain’t wrong. Its just my opinion Ron “Simplified” Myers Part 4 of 5
