The sharing of information from Esther and Jerry Hicks (Abraham - Law of Attraction) is incredible. Reading the relationship section in the book "Getting into the Vortex" has shared a light for me that allows me to see people differently.
The example shared was a buffet table. A buffet gives you variety and that is good. It allows you the opportunity to find out what "you want" and what you "don't want". Well people are a part of the buffet of life. Their character, dress code, ethics, etc allow you to see different aspects of how you will expand who you are.
What does that mean?
You take something from everyone you meet. No matter how short the connection. You decide whether the person has what you want or don't want. This is a good realization because it allows you to stop judging.
I know that sounds like a contradiction. Hear me out?
You are judging but not in the sense that we are accustomed too. This judging is just allowing people to be who they are and not trying to change them. You are just deciding (judging) whether you want to add what they are offering to your life.
I hope that you can see why I now believe that "life is a buffet - eat it up". Also keep this clear in your thought process: one way of judging will cause negativity in your life and the other actually allows you to be FREE.
