Mylivechat has been aroung since 2009, they appear to have around 200, 000 customers so that makes them one of the largest chat providers today. There system and chat  window seems to be a more basic legasy design, however dont let that fool you, there software comes packed with tons of useful features.

4. Zendesk

Zendesk are most know for there helpdesk software, however they recently bought a live chat start up company and rebranded the it into their live chat platform zendesk chat.

The platform is fast, responsive and great for large chat teams.
