This is a copy of the email that came from Xpress Healthcare Administration about the HealthCare Law being upheld by the legislation.
We know that many of you have been sitting on the edge of your seats over the past few months with what the courts would decide on this legislation. Well, with the 5-4 ruling this morning, the law has been upheld.
So the question is; "How will this affect the discount healthcare industry & our product?"
...Well, we can tell you that there IS a very big place for our discount healthcare products and lifestyle benefits. Benefits such as Pharmacy, Vision, Chiropractic, Dental and other ancillaries are currently (and with the recent decision, will be) the first things to go when it comes to the mandatory health insurance plans.
This means that NOW more than EVER the demand for our services is going to be rapid!! MORE OPPORTUNITY for you and your business!
In 2014, millions of people are going to be asked to pick their own insurance and people are going to have to educate themselves.
The US already has an overtaxed system - trying to go get a doctor's visit, an x-ray, a hospital visit etc. and our products are positioned perfectly.
Even companies that already have existing healthcare employee benefits may be adjusting them due to higher cost. This will also allow our discount healthcare programs to help supplement and offset these foreseeable changes.
As you already know, Xpress HealthCare is dedicated to staying in front of the curve and the company will do everything in its power to make sure we have viable products to offer in the market place! ALWAYS.
We will continue to keep you updated as we hear more information related specifically to the HealthCare law being upheld and details in the ruling.
