The Behavior of Successful People

I Learned some very powerful information from Marketing Grandmaster Dan Kennedy.

He was asked what were the behavior patterns of very successful people.

In under 10 minutes, he revealed behavior that could not only impact your business, but your life in general.

 

Here’s my takeaway:

 

#1  Effective Communicators

Successful people are a great salespeople and speakers.They train and condition themselves to be very capable persuaders.

 

The owners of the fastest growing businesses and Forbes fortune 400 companies had sales backgrounds.

 

#2 Rapid response

Successful people react quickly when they receive information, analyzing, implementing,and having a measured response,

During the Clinton campaign (Bill) There was a “war room” set up whose sole purpose was to have a media respone to anything concerning the campaign-good or bad-in 29 minutes

 

#3 lack of squeamishness.

 The really Successful people in their field have no squeamishness whatsoever about the making of money and the doing of whatever is necessary to get optimal results in their field.

 

MR.Kennedy spoke of a company that sold home fire protection systems for 10K. The sales were done in the clients home. In the 40 year history of the company, no sales were closed without the client being shown pictures of burn victims in a flip book.

 

The salesperson continued to flip through each page... despite the clients' shock and wincing.

 

These 3 behaviors are truly powerful when implemented:

 

#1 be persuasive in communication,learn how to sell.

#2 Rapid response, a missed response is a missed opportunity.

#3 Don’t be squeamish.

 

Have guts.Believe in what you’re doing,and do everything it takes to get the optimal result.

 

I Plan on applying these principles to my business endeavors for success.

After all, they work for MR. Kennedy, and he’s earned millions.
