WHAT BUILDS AND BREAKS RAPPORT WITH KINESTHETIC COMMUNICATORS?
If you want to build rapport with Kinesthetic Communicators it’s important to know some of the rules to do so. One thing to keep in mind is that kinesthetic communicators really value RELATIONSHIPS and CONNECTIONS. So lets look at what builds and breaks rapport with them:
Be sensitive to their needs
Provide agenda for both personal and business meetings
Provide start and end dates for events
Allow time for creativity, fun, and socializing
Offer them a few clear, simple choices
Being interrupted or talked over
overwhelm them with too many choices
Stopping the fun and overanalyzing their creativity
WHAT QUESTIONS TO ASK KINESTHETIC COMMUNICATORS
When it comes to your business and you’re trying to build rapport with your prospects, you want to ask the types of questions that match their communication style. In my previous post I talk about the auditory communicator and how you would use words and phrases dealing with site. As previously mentioned, with the Kinesthetic Communicator you want to use words and phrases dealing with “feeling” or “touch”.

Do you feel this is a great fit for you?
How comfortable are you with this?
Can you relate to any of the stories?
Do you want to touch base tomorrow?
Now that you have a good idea of how kinesthetic communicators are and what words to use to build rapport with them, can you think of any prospects in the past that you approach that were like this? How would you approach them now?
