I believe if we keep trying we will keep moving ahead.
Often it is difficultnot being what I consider “not that smart”. Being born with Cerebral Paslsy, nothing was ever easy for me in my daily living. School was always difficult from the third grade on until my high school graduation. My grades were always in the low C’s, D’s ocassionally an F or a grade B.
When the grade cards were sent home it was never a good day for me. Especially when both of my sidsters were on the Honor Roll, each gradeperiod. Many medical doctors said I would be fortunate to graduate from high school because of my speech and my Cerebral Palsy.
Even today, my speech is not perfect but I worked hard at speaking during my younger years and through school. But I spoke well enough and understandable to continue my college education. Graduate School and to continue my communications through out my adult life.
It would have been easy to quit school, but I wanted very much to go to school. Afterall, in school that is where all my friends were. But most of all, my mother would never let me quit anything, even after trying many times over and over, year after year.
So every day, week, month and year nothing became easier for me. School was fun, until I had to speak, take a quiz or an exam. Then I did not like school or myself very much.

 | | Last year when we had sub contractors we used video conferencing often. Video emails were used with regularity when the open rate was 50%. This has dropped yet is still above the world wide average. They are running about 10% open rate now. The world wide average is below 2% what could you do with this 8 % difference? |
