Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears.
It is so much easier to do the right things in life and for other people than the wrong things. There is no time wasted in one’s day if all of the decisions made daily are correct and right decisions. Hours, days, weeks, months and more are spent in a persons life correcting wrong decisions.
There is no wasted time making good, smart decisions. And when a person does good, not only do the feel good but good things will come back to them many times over.
Almost all of the people that I come across on the Intrnet knows that I was born with Cerebral Palsy, there was no sence of balance or muscle coordination in my body. Therefore, I used crutches and leg braces to walk with. So each and every day was a new experience that I needed to over come. Most grade school through high school students, just normally. Myself, I had was also concerned if there would be enough time to get from class to class, with my slow gait on my crutches and braces. And how far the restrooms were from any location I was at. Plus watching for water on the floor around water fountains, mopped wet floors and restrooms so I would not slip and fall down.
So every new task was a new adventure for me, many were not easy. But over come I did. Medical doctors and PhD’s in Education said I “would be lucky to graduate from high school”. But I kept going, learning was never easy. This gave me temendous fire, desire to prove these people wrong. It was a great day to receive my Master’s Degree in Counseling Education.
