There lack of confidence in you show there lack of faith in themselves and they would not turn out to be productive, if they were to join you. You'd spend more time training them. I tell my team that, although I am doing well, I had to work really hard to there, and I am no one special. I've just been doing what I am teaching them to do, but I've been doing it longer. |
