Real People. Real Results

Alanna reached out to the NeuroGym community via Facebook to refelct upon her one year anniversary with Winning the Game of Weight-loss.

Here's what she had to say:

"This year taught me how to change my lifestyle to align me better to reach my goals.

It has been an evolving process that required multiple shifts, and with the help of the daily Innercise and this very supportive group, I was able to release 22 pounds (predominantly face and belly).

In my teen years, I made a promise to myself that so would never see 200 pounds on the scale!

The day before I began the Winning the Game of Weight-loss program (WTGWL) I hopped on the scale and knew I needed to do something when I saw 196.4 lbs! Not knowing what that something was I asked the Universe to help me out.

A friend introduced me to NeuroGym and sent me the email to watch the video to receive the discounted offer! I watched . . . and without much delay, I became a member and couldn't wait to begin this program!

I began seeing results rather quickly! Then life got in the way with my job and becoming a college student again. I started putting long days in and devoted less time to meal prep, exercise, and proper care of myself. The weight began to creep back on.

In January 2017 I re-committed to my goals and was able to make up for lost ground.

My point being: it's a process! The Ups and Downs provide the opportunity to grow and expand so that you develop into a better version of yourself!

Currently, I am studying Health Science at a local college and look forward to the day when I can coach others to achieve their health and fitness goals too!"

Congratulations! Happy One Year WTGWL Anniversary, Alanna!
