Meet Cathy: She's Releasing Weight and Gaining Wisdom...

Cathy C. turns 50 this year, and she has decided that it’s finally the time to get in shape.

At the beginning of the year, she made a commitment to release 50 lbs by her 50th birthday, which is in August. Her dad recently had a massive heart attack, and then she had a type 2 diabetes scare.

Those two events gave her the determination to make a change this time, and stick with it.

Cathy bought NeuroGym’s Winning The Game of Weight Loss program to ensure that she meets her goal, and makes serious lifestyle changes.

To lose 50 lbs by her 50th birthday in August, Cathy needs to lose 1.5 pounds per week, which is very realistic. The challenge for Cathy is remaining consistent, and not giving up.

Fortunately, she now has access to the private NeuroGym Facebook groups, where she can connect with other individuals and find accountability buddies.

She also committed to a triathlon in May, to give her an extra incentive to train consistently.

She started gradually . . .

First, she walked for 45 minutes once a day, then she progressed to cycling, swimming, and running.

And instead of going “on a diet,” Cathy says she has made lifestyle changes that feel good, easy, and sustainable. She exercises every day and has made simple changes to her diet.

She cut out refined sugars, increased her good fat intake, and has healthy supplements like kefir and golden turmeric paste.

Cathy is about halfway to her goal, and she has released half of her total weight-loss goal: 25.5lbs! She’s right on track to reach her goal, and she feels healthy.

Cathy shared:

“My life and my health are slowly changing for the better. Today I am proud to be me and proud of what I am achieving.”
