$2.238 BILLION Lawsuit! Is She Serious?

$2.238 BILLION?! Is she serious?

Have you ever had anyone take a photo of you at a restaurant?

Well, then you may be entitled to a check for $2.238 billion from the restaurant owner.

At least, that's what Ms. Caldwell is arguing.

Back in 2006, she was having lunch at a Chipotle in Denver. And while she ate, a photographer "ambushed" her and took her photo without asking.

According to Caldwell, the photographer also asked her to sign a release on her way out.

Caldwell refused. And that was the end of things.

Or so she thought...

But then in 2014, Caldwell was eating at a Chipotle in Florida. And she saw a photo of herself.

Chipotle was using it for their promo materials...

WITHOUT her permission.

What's more?

They were undermining her personal character. She says they photoshopped "alcoholic beverages" in front of her in the photo. (Caldwell denied ever ordering them.)

So naturally, she sued Chipotle.

Now, maybe Chipotle shouldn't have used her picture. Maybe they should have offered her some compensation. Or maybe not.

That's up for the courts to decide.

But $2 billion?!

What's up with that?

Well, apparently $2.238 billion is the TOTAL PROFITS Chipotle made from 2006 to 2015.

Yes, she's asking for every single penny Chipotle -- a massive company with over 2,010 restaurants -- has made in 9 years.

Insane.

Here's the thing though...

These kind of ridiculous lawsuits happen FAR more than people realize.

And it's not just big companies or people who are ultra-wealthy that get sued.

Middle-class individuals are targeted as well.

Maybe someone slips on the sidewalk in front of your house and sues you.

Maybe you accidentally use a stock photo on your website, and Getty Images throws a copyright infringement lawsuit at you.

Or maybe you sell a $20 printer on Craigslist and get sued by the buyer for "false advertising".

These kind of cases happen all the time.

In fact, one in every four Americans will get sued in their lifetime.

A lawsuit can be a massive hassle too.

Doesn't matter how insane the claim is or how innocent you are.

Even if you win in court... you could still end up paying thousands of dollars in attorney fees (not to mention the months of headache).

Thankfully, there are a few easy steps anyone can take to protect themselves...

Including a simple strategy that forces sue-happy lawyers to look elsewhere for "easier prey".

Find out how by signing up for EVG today...

Note: This is something you need to establish now - before a lawsuit hits. The moment someone tries to sue you... it's far to late to protect yourself.

Sincerely,
EVG Research Team
