We're almost through with my top 10 weight loss secrets.
We all know the top three secrets to a skinny, healthy body. They are to eat healthy foods in their correct proportions, exercise, and get enough sleep. But sometimes that seems like a lot to ask, right?
Why not try one of these 10 weight loss secrets. Over the next few days, I'll be listing some of my top 10 secrets for losing weight. So here's number nine.
#9 Green Leafy Vegetables: Broccoli, spinach, arugula, kale, romaine...all those yummy greens are filled with fiber and don't have very many calories. Eat your leafy green salad first so you'll eat less of the higher caloric food. Use lemon juice as your dressing instead of Ranch dressing. (Remember we're watching the calories here!)
