Leadership is to network marketing as the heart is to healthy living. Even if you don't have a sponsor who is a great leader you can still become one yourself. There are so many audio courses and books we can read that leads to self development.
Once we become confident in what we are doing it is imperative to translate that into leadership. Leadership creates leverage which grows income which generates momentum.
If you build people, people will build the business. People learn through repetition and emotion. Hence after going to a seminar and getting pumped your prospects need to be reminded of why they are in the business, what it can do for them, how it will fulfill their dreams.
You want to sponsor five good people at a time, develop them before recruiting more. Legally it is your responsibility to make that happen.

You are one of thousands with this idea and these leaders will not give you the time a day, they can't, they don't have the time. They are working with other powerful recruiters who are bringing teams into their organization. If you think you are going to get rich by jumping from company to company whenever they jump, you will be sorely disappointed.
Find a company that is set up for the little guy to succeed. A company that understands the concept of helping others get what they want and they will get what they want.

 | | You identified many great points. Sponsors that only think about the numbers do not take time to help downlines to develop. It is important for people to know he/she has a responsibility to get the training they need because you won't always get it from the so called leaders in the company. |
