Easily Keeping Track Of Your Family Immunization History

For additional information  Click Here

I don't have any kids myself but I got this from my Nurse Practitioner
and I thought I would pass this on.

Check out this free amazing phone App for easily keeping track of your family immunization history as well as reliable knowledge about what, when and why an immunization is being given for all age groups!

The Canadian Public Health Association, Immunize Canada and the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute collaborated to develop an app for mobile devices that will help Canadians keep track of their vaccinations. The app is FREE and can be downloaded from iTunes, Google Play of BlackBerry World.

What it does

Provide Canadians with the ability to:

  • Easily record and store vaccine information
  • Access vaccination schedules
  • Manage vaccination appointments for the entire family
  • Access evidence-based and expert-reviewed information about recommended and routine vaccinations for children, adults and travellers
  • Receive alerts about disease outbreaks in their area

The Canadian Public Health Association (CPHA), Immunize Canada and the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute (OHRI) have collaborated to develop a free app for smart phones and other mobile devices that will help Canadians keep track of their vaccinations.

Production of this application has been made possible through funding from the Public Health Agency of Canada.

I hope this tool will help you keep track of your medical records for your self and your family.

I like the part where it will recommend and routine vaccinations for children, adults and travelers.

I would like to get expert advise about this topic without having to book an appointment with a doctor.

I hope this will be of some help to you!
