What in the world is going on with Charlie Sheen

After the last few weeks and watching what Charlie Sheen has been doing & acting, I take pause and wonder if this whole thing is an act for a greater purpose. If I am wrong and this guy has just completely lost his mind then apparently the heavy drug use in his life is coming full circle. Help is needed before we all wake up one day reading about his "untimely death".
If this is some sort of gimmick with all parties in his life are aware of this, Then shame on him, I really enjoyed 2 & a half men and sheen himself as an actor, What bothers me the most is this guy was getting $1.8 MILLION DOLLARS an episode - Wholly Crap !! Then demand 3 mill per show..? WTF?
If he was having legit medical/mental health issues why not get help? No friends or family could see what was going on? Seems a bit strange overall but who knows what the real story is....
I sit back in my very mundane life trying figure out what is going on here - I will be keeping a eye on all things sheen and add to this blog if its seems interesting enough....
