It’s amazing to think that we live in a society today where everything seems to be so much more fast-paced than ever before. Technology has definitely changed the way we quickly interact with each other while it has also been the major cause of so many unhealthy habits that has made individuals ill such as phone addictions and lack of proper rest. People tend to forget some of the most important and simple ways to take better care of themselves such as getting at least 8-hours of sleep, eating a nutritious meal three times a day, and especially being physically active. Many tend to neglect these areas because of factors like their work schedule, dealing with children and family issues, financial stress, and prior medical problems, among other things.
