How the Ambit Energy Affiliate Program Helps

This week I hope to sign up my first affiliate with Ambit Energy. The affiliate program is strictly to help non-profits and organizations raise funds for their programs. It's not wildly popular, in part because not a lot of consultants seem to push it. It does not help consultants reach higher levels within the Ambit Leadership, nor do consultants make a ton of money from it - but the organizations that utilize it can!
The affiliate I may sign up this week is my own church. It's a very small church, but since Ambit also serves small businesses, the church itself can save on its electric bill and be it's own customer. Further, others can sign up under the church, rather than the affiliate directly and help it get free energy! (only in New York State can small businesses also get free energy). However, the church will still receive revenues from the customers who sign up under the church itself.

Remember in New York State the organization can actually earn free energy - as well as any customers that sign up under the affiliate to help them!
