Keep in mind, you can use these headers in other place as well and as I explain in the video below, just make sure your images and writing will fit other social sites like Twitter and Google Plus

Face Header Size:  851px (width) by 315px (height)

Twitter Header Size:   1500px (width) X 421px (height)

Google+ Header Size:  1080 (width) x 608 (height)

As I explained in the video, you can edit your Facebook Header Cover after you created it BUT it is much easier to edit all the images prior and then created you Facebook Header Cover.  This is covered in my first Press Relase above if you wanted to learn how to edit and create your own images.

Also remember if you need FREE backgrounds, you can just Google FREE background and you will see many come up.  You always want to add FREE in your search so you do not have a problem with copyright and using others artwork or images.
