Sandy Casie   My Press Releases

Every now and then, take the time to regroup, refresh and refuel!

Every now and then we need to take the time to STOP and regroup~

Over the past few weeks, I have not written any press releases because I needed the time to regroup, refocus and recharge!

Many times we keep pushing ahead until we are burnt out and that is not good for anyone especially if you are running your own business.

I am one of those people that will have many flames burning at once.  I do not like to keep all my eggs in one basket and having more than one income from different resources has never failed me.

While I was not writing press releases, I was focusing on my different tasks on hand and working on them in the order of importance.

Let's face it, if you work for a company, you get 2 or maybe even 3 weeks off for vacation because companies know everyone needs a break from time to time rest, regroup and refocus going back refreshed.

While I wasn't on a tropical vacation soaking up the sun, I feel refreshed and refocused with new ideas and ways to improve my work efforts.

So take a much needed break.... You can always catch up because you will be refueled  and ready to take on your challenges without feeling you need a break to deal with obsticals that will surely be in your every day business decisions.
