Has it ever happened to you that you set a goal for yourself, and then quit half way, because somehow it becomes unachievable in front of your eyes? Has it ever happened to you that you've made an important decision, which you know could change your life for the better, but all of a sudden you find yourself going into the opposite direction, away from your decision? Have you ever felt like you're functioning in auto-pilot, and no matter how much you want to change your direction, you always end up in the same place?
I know. I't s happened to me too many many times. And I used to think that was ok, since "man is an animal of habit", you know? And then I started learning about the functioning of our mind, and how it is so easy for it to incorporate a certain programing, make it its own, and automatically be driven by it. Doesn't matter the program, positive or negative. Since we are born, our mind starts processing words, lessons, images, sounds, etc. It storages all of that in the subconscious, and it is all that programing which leads the way, most times, for the rest of our lives. Almost making us act like robots, without we even knowing why we do what we do, or act the way we act.
Then one day, we find our selves wanting to act different, to behave different, in a way which resonates more with who we truly are or want to be. Yet we get a really hard time trying, and trying. Then we hear about the Law of Attraction, this amazing law, which if we apply it in our lives, will bring to us everything we want out of life, but... how do I apply it? I mean, I'm applying it, I'm thinking positive, I'm focussing in what I want... yet nothing happens! Why??
Well, very simple. Because of paradigms. Paradigms are all those thoughts, ideas and images that have been stored deep in our subconscious mind through the course of our life, turning them into habits. Our subconscious mind remains there, like a silent guess, sending signals to our conscious mind, telling it what to do, how to act, react, behave... how to drive, which hand to use to write, what time to go to bed, make it to the gym, not make it to the gym... you can achieve anything you want in life, you cannot. And our conscious mind believes it all, not even knowing where the command is coming from, most of the time not even wondering. It just acts, follows, like a robot. We try hard to change our eating habits, our thinking habits, our daily method of operation habits, and it just doesn't happen! Isn't it frustrating? And exhausting? Tell me about it! I know it is!
So, what can we do? Is there something to do about it? Fortunately enough, YES! there is. After more than 18 years of meditation, yoga, auto-realization books, spiritual retreats, and yes growing, learning... but never really finding the way to break through with my habits, I was blessed to find Avant, the company I've been working with ever since. I honestly barely knew what I was getting myself into, but I just trusted my intuition, and ignored my scary mind at the time. I had a strong feeling, and I had to listen to it. And my feeling wasn't wrong! Here I was introduced to Elevate. This is our star product, a Life Achievement Home Study Course. And voila!! I got it!! By applying the exercises and techniques given in it in a daily basis in my life, I was able to crack the code of my mind, submerge myself in the labyrinth of my subconscious, and little by little (sometimes in the blink of an eye), I learned how to clean it up, erase old programing, and reprograming with the thoughts and ideas that I want to lead my life with. What happened? Transformation, plenitude and success started taking place!
I was able to understand and experience how powerful creators we are. I mean look around you! All this mess and all this gift is our collective creation. And only we have the power to transform it and to improve it. But first we have to start with our individual selves.
All we need to do is, first: to have access to our subconscious mind. Once there, second: identify the root thought or limiting belief that is blocking us, not letting us to step forward. And third: once you identify it, grab it, get rid of it, let it go, and replace it with its positive blossoming opposite. And repeat, so the mind makes its own. Affirmations every day, all day. It really is that simple!
