Ten steps to move your life to the next level,break through your self-imposed glass ceiling,and have the life you were meant to have. 1.GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO DREAM.As children we were always dreaming of our future,what we wanted out of life,and what we wanted to be.What happened to our ability to imagine and dream? When was the last time you caught yourself daydreaming and appreciated it? 2.STOP LOOKING OUTSIDE YOURSELF FOR HAPPINESS. Look inside.Increase self awareness.Get curious about who you are at the core,cultivate a relationship with yourself.Have a long talk with yourself and don't be afraid to answer your own questions. 3.COVER THE BASICS.Address your personal needs.You can't focus on on thriving if you are in survival mode.Take care of health,eat healthy meals,excercise,cut down on stress.Set up a meeting with a financial advisor,get organized,clean up what's wasting your energy. 4.EMBRACE YOUR PAST AND MOVE ON.Shift from "why it happened" to what to do about it now.Asking why is not enpowering.Asking what or how do I proceed is much more powerful. 5.REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT ALONE.It's easy to feel overwhelmed with life.Seek support from others.Talk to your friends,your clergy,your family,read self improvement books,and most important talk to God for he will always stick closer than a brother. 6.BE GRATEFUL.Count your blessings.Set aside time to be grateful for all the blessings in your life.Practise gratitude and you will attract things to be grateful for. 7.COURT YOUR PASSION.You still have passions though it may have been a while since you felt it flow.What brings you joy in your life,who do you admire and how do they inspire you? 8.TAKE ACTION AND RISK.Inspiration alone will not move you to the next level.It takes inspired action to do that. 9.KEEP BREATHING.Do you forget to take full deep breaths.Our breathing constricts when we are under stress.We not only need oxygen to live but deep breathing excercises give us energy and keeps us healthy.Right now stop and take five deep breaths,fill your lungs to capacity,and breath out slowly,watch how much better you feel. 10.HAVE FUN.Take a break.Go for a walk.Call a friend.Laugh.Put on some good music and dance til you drop.
