Here is a great letter from Dr. Fran Clark, the new President of
One24. There are some great improvements going on with One24.
Already, a great company, it is just starting it's third year. It's debt-
free and expanding!
"Good evening fellow One24 retirees,
I am so excited to write to you tonight. I’m 12 days old as your president and we had our month end closing just a few days ago. It was quite a positive month! Thank you all who contributed to that.
My hat is off to all of you active PCs. What a resilient and focused group you are. In one month we had two major events that, in most other companies, would have created confusion and a slow-down in activity. Yet you blew right through with your trust, faith and vision and continued to build your dreams of financial security with One24. You are the dream team of associates that every company would kill to have. I am so proud of all of you and so grateful that you have chosen to make One24 your home and your vehicle for your retirement freedom.
While I am on gratitude, how many of you out there who have been with One24 for more than 9 months, are grateful for how smoothly things have operated for all of us in the field now compared to the first 14 months of operation? I certainly have been, and now I know why it has been so smooth. I have begun to meet the incredible team of talented, dedicated staff that is the backbone of One24 Corporate. We in the field are all blessed to have this group, who has taken on the mission and purpose of this company as their own. They work tirelessly in the background so that we in the field have smooth operation of our business that we now enjoy. We have all no doubt heard the analogy of the swan gliding seemingly effortlessly across the pond, while underneath, their legs are pumping furiously to propel them. Our staff is the legs! Be grateful to them and for them.
I want to take a moment and focus on the enormous gift that Mark Seyforth has offered to every one of us in One24. Mark is a brilliant visionary and leader. He has been my leader since I first grasped his vision for One24 in December, 2010. My respect for his leadership increased last week when he humbled himself and acknowledged that there have been ongoing challenges and mistakes in the last 23 months that have slowed the progress of One24 to date. He accepted responsibility for those problems. In spite of those challenges, One24 was, and remains, an amazing gift for all of us who are willing to accept it and work to acquire it. He could have stopped there and simply said, “I’m sorry for those challenges, but we have made a lot of progress on the corrections and things will be much better in the next 24 months.” But he didn’t.
Instead, Mark has been diligently creating a sister company to be not only an expansion of our ability to earn more money from home, but also to serve as a reward for all of us who ever were or remained faithful to his original vision in One24. Do you all realize what a phenomenal ADDITIONAL gift this represents? How many of us have ever wished to be that person at the top of the genealogy in a company? I know I have. Well, thanks to Mark, we no longer have to wish that were true. Thanks to Day 1 and Mark’s decision to provide all of us the PREFERRED PLACEMENT option in Day 1, we all will have that dream come true in July, simply by having a product order in June and July in our One24 position.
There is so much that I wish I could tell you about how lucrative this will be to all of you, but I can’t just yet, and for good reason I might add. For now, I want you to reflect back on the fact that I did not accept the offer of the presidency of One24 until I was totally convinced that the creation of our sister company was in the best interest of all current and future One24 PCs, and offered both immediate and long term benefit to us. I ask you to trust my judgment. Based on what I know, it is clearly in our best interest to have a personal order in June and/or July and to contact our current and former associates and urge them to do the same. I also encourage you to accelerate your outreach in July and offer people the dual blessing of being not only in One24, but also in the preferred placement of Day1. It will provide you an accelerated path to financial freedom.
I want to close with a few thoughts on freedom. Freedom is a state of mind, and like all states of mind, we have a choice to select it. Are you free or are you enslaved? One can have their body or person enslaved by another with physical power over them, but no-one can enslave your mind, except yourself. Why would anyone choose to enslave themselves? Consciously, we all will reject that thought, but the sad reality is that we all do it to ourselves every day! How is that, you ask? Through our excuses and justifications for not doing the things we know we should do to make progress. Take, for instance, the fact that to enjoy the income from both One24 and Day 1 you have only to enroll one person to unlock the Compensation Plan in each.
There is not one real reason in the world why every one of us cannot locate and enroll one person a month, let alone one person period. The sad truth is, we are all very creative in finding excuses why WE cannot do it; however, remember we have created the very excuses we use to justify and forgive ourselves for not doing it. WE have chosen to give our power away to our excuses rather than to ourselves to accomplish the objective. Why would you do that? Why would you grant an excuse the power to control your thoughts and actions? Why would you let your excuses enslave you?
Now, most of you have heard me train on the fact that you get what you focus on. So I want you all to do a little exercise right now in front of a mirror. I want you to look in the mirror and focus on your excuse that you are using right now and say out loud to yourself: “I choose to BE my excuses; I choose to BE a failure.” That is literally what you are saying to yourself and MANIFESTING in your life when you focus on and act upon your excuses! Is that what you really want to choose to be…a FAILURE? Do you want to be a product of your excuses or would you rather choose to be a product of positive focus and action?
I want to urge you all to focus on what is good about your One24 business, and make the decision that you will no longer focus on excuses rather than action. If there is nothing good there that you can see in your One24 business to focus on, then you need to look inside and focus on yourself. What are you doing or thinking that is enslaving you and preventing you from progressing? Our daily mindset “Think and Grow Rich” call is a powerful way to offset that.
My friends, we are all being handed every marketer’s dream… to be placed, for once, at the very top of the genealogy in a company. Honor that. Be Grateful for that. Don’t allow any excuse to enslave you and deny you this blessing.
