Back when I was working 100 hour weeks, I was missing out on family events and fun time with friends. I was sad when I missed those times, but knew that i was working for people I care about. Then, I met a friend who introduced me to FuelDirect, so I could save money on gas.
One year later, I am still saving on every tank of gas AND I am done working for someone else! No more 100 hour week! Now, I am home everyday with my family and I can do things I want with the people I care about.
I am also working to build my financial freedom instead of working for someone else. I recently read a book called "The Slight Edge" by Jeff Olson. In the book, he states, "With every decision you make, you are either building your dreams or someone else's". I used to be working for someone else's dreams, but now I am building my own each day!
