I Have Learned 3 Very Valuable Lessons in My Organo Gold Business

As I build my Organo Gold distributorship I have learned three very important lessons. The first lesson is to go with the goers. I learned this phrase from my Bishop years ago. Now when he shared this with us he was sharing it with a group of pastors. (My hubby and I have been in ministry for over 20 years) Anyway he was telling us that when you share the "good news" you can only go with those who choose to go with you. You can't make people serve God, live right, etc. You just go with those who can follow your leadership. So it is with my Organo Gold business. I can't make people show the plan, hop on webinars or conference calls. I can only provide an environment of success. Whether they succeed or not is totally up to them. So I have learned to go with the goers. ;) The second lesson I have learned while building my Organo Gold distributorship is the importance of personal development. Since network marketing is a people business and you work with people on a daily basis it can become draining as you are constantly helping people fulfill their dreams. Because of this it is very important to listen to audios and to read materials that will keep you built up. Reading things about the industry and hearing the success stories of others in the network marketing industry can give you the umph you need to keep going. Face it. We all have had moments where we have wanted to quit. To avoid this, stay plugged in and build up yourself before you build up others. It will make a world of difference in you attitude and your business success. The third lesson that I have learned is patience is a virtue. Yes that is an old adage but it is so true. Being patient with people is what really separates the men from the boys if you will. Learning to be patient enough to let people find their way can really lead to building a very successful organization. I have seen leaders totally destroy a person's self-esteem simply because they weren't moving fast enough. If they had instead used patience with the person they may have developed a super star or at best a steady team member. I have team members that didn't burst out of the blocks running full speed ahead but they are steady, predictable and have become some of my closest friends. Everyone doesn't want to make a million dollars a day. Wanting to pay their bills on time because they generated an extra $500 a month is just fine if that is their goal. Being patient can get you a long way in this business. It's a lesson I am glad that I learned. If you are looking for a company with great products and great leadership why don't you check out my site at Thanks for reading. I hope it helps and God bless.
