100% Commissions Is All the Buzz Among Network Marketers. Is It Really True?

100% Commissions is all the buzz as of late among some network marketing companies. The introduction of this concept actually started a few years ago and now a lot of other companies are using this as a marketing strategy as well.

Many marketers are succeeding in their individual companies even though technically they are not getting 100% commission. The truth is if fees are involved and passups are involved the marketer technically is not getting 100% commission.

Don't get me wrong. I understand the concept and it does work but it's not really the  whole truth.

Now take Organo Gold for an example. Technically you can make up to 500% profit from coffee, tea, and hot chocolate sales. One simply buys the products wholesale and sells them at a retail price that one chooses. Hopefully the distributor will use wisdom when he or she establishes his or her prices. But the choice is theirs.

Personally, I have seen distributors make way more than 100% commission because of the high demand for coffee, hot chocolate, and tea.  What I love is when a distributor chooses to build a business in this way, the distributor doesn't have to worry about passing up any of their sales.

While every company has its flaws, I believe that real potential comes from having a product that is consumable and allows you to mark it up for optimum profit. Having this as an option allows the distributor to build a customer base and to establish residual income that is based upon a habit. Coupled with having the ability to offer consumers a healthier alternative makes the deal even sweeter.

When you have a product like coffee, tea, or hot chocolate you can set up shop practically anywhere and sell your beverages by the cup, by the box or by the case. It's totally up to you. You can scale up anytime and make even more profit.

Distribution options include selling online, having a kiosk at the mall, trade shows, tasting shows, and so much more. It's a great concept that I can almost guarantee will be around for years. 8 out of 10 people drink coffee 3 to 4 times per day and specialty coffee sales increase every year.

Duncan Donuts changed their logo from a doughnut to a coffee cup. McDonald's reinvented themselves by focusing on coffee sales and totally shifted their attention to McCafe.  Very seldom do you see Ronald McDonald anymore. Am I right? The fact is they make more money with coffee than they do with burgers and fries. I call that a clue...

Research has shown that for every $.7 cent coffee bean up to $15 of profit can be made. It's happening all around us. More and more companies are getting into the coffee business. It just makes sense and my friend if it makes sense it can make dollars. :-)

I hope you enjoyed my article. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

* Disclaimer- Obviously I love my company and its products. This is in no way a cheap shot at anyone else's company. Do what makes you happy. :-) That is where true fulfillment comes. I just saw an article by Network Marketing expert Mr. Todd Falcone and thought he hit the nail on the head. Tell people the truth and let them decide based upon all the facts. Not just what's sounds good.* Chow!
