Make Noise In your Network Marketing Business
To create effective motivation and follow through: it’s important to create a “Residual Income.”



Imagine that behind one door (in back of you) is an angry tiger. The door in front of you has a million dollars. You have something behind you that you are trying to get away from and an incentive in front pulling you to move forward.



In marketing it’s the same idea. Try to internalize the following acronym and apply it to all your written and verbal communications. N.O.I.S.E.



That is:
N – Needs
O – Outcome
I- Information
S – Strategy
E – Evidence


N-Needs

The first thing that grabs anyone’s attention and makes them focus on you: is the ability to articulate their problem. Your target market has certain “pains” that they can relate to on a gut level. First you have to identify that problem. Your target market has particular problems that you are equipped to resolve.I.E New marketers need training how to effectively market without breaking there bank and or how to reach a large number of leads .


O-Outcome

The second area to cover is the OUTCOME or what i like to call the results that the client can achieve (with your opportunity) that will resolve their Need.
I-Information

In this stage we provide how others have succeeded in there online home business. As a Leader in Empower you must always be providing quality training and information on everything that is working for you the more people you educate your team members the most effective your team will become success is always a group of people who work well together.
S-Strategy

The third stage of your message is called your STRATEGY. This is where you build credibility that you actually have a distinctive plan to help them out. You get a little more specific on HOW you are going to make the promised outcome happen. This gives the potential client the information they need to understand how your solution is different and better than others they may have already tried.


E-Evidence



The final stage is the EVIDENCE stage.Now with Empower this is something we call providing proof in which everyone knows is motivational. This is where you talk about your experience and track record;Empowers Network qualifications and expertise and business model. Most decisions are made emotionally and this gives the logical side of the brain the justification it needs to get on board.



Something that goes well with the Strategy and Evidence phases is anecdotal evidence. These are real world examples of situations the prospects can relate to and how you were able to help in these situations. It would be something like: “A local business owner in Atlanta, GA had abc problem…. We introduced an ATL Don’t be Wussy Event… and here were the results… Mike the owner says his stress level has gone way down, and his doctor is very happy, as well as his banker.



People are mesmerized by stories about other people and these examples encourage the client relate to your solutions. They also help the prospect picture how this can help them using your product. The prospect being able to mentally model themselves into picturing how this could fit into their own reality is a crucial transition. It helps them move from being just an lead, to actually signing on with you
