The email below comes from a long-time acquaintance and as this is quite important and probably a ploy by our government so that we would not be able to vote for whomever our choice is in this years presidential election. I've copied/pasted her message WITHOUT editing. Please pass it on as I'm sure many if not most U.S. Citizens that plan to vote, do not know of this rule change.

Subject: VOTING RULES HAVE CHANGED
Please forward on to everyone!
Dear Friends & Family:
Please pass the word along. The rules have changed. If you have not voted since Nov 2008, you must re-register to vote 25 days prior to November or you will not be allowed to vote in the upcoming National election. A great deal of people do not know this. Please tell your colleagues, friends, and family to check their voter registration cards and see if you are properly registered.
Please check on this before August. A lot of kids in college who are eligible to vote are not aware. They are not broadcasting this all over the NEWS, so it is up to us to Spread the Word About the New Rules.
