 | | Too often we are our worst enemy, with fear being the culprit that undermines us. My mother, God rest her lovely soul, used to worry about everything. I used to tell her she worried when she didn't have anything to worry about, because she just knew something was going to happen. I'd tell her, "Don't sweat the small stuff, and it's all small stuff." Wonderful post, thanks! |

 | | Even when a childhood trauma creates fear it can be overcome. I think there comes a time in everyone's life that most fears are put aside. I used to have a fear of falling, it happens sometimes daily now and I no longer fear it. It has become part of life. Don't let fears rule you, take control of your life. |
