As a Network Marketer, building a strong, rooted and grounded foundation is one lesson that needs to be considered in order to build a successful business, so that we may have a solid foundation and observe constant success.
Success doesn’t always happen right away, or when we expect it to.
One must decide what path he or she will take in order to succeed….
Will this venture be a service, products, education, trainer/coach, or time management; in addition, what results are you looking for - Monetary, time freedom, satisfying another person’s need or self satisfaction?
It is good to consider that, in order to grow one will need some help.
Are you building relationship with others? Are you spending time with and learning from spiritual, inspirational or influential people who will help you build a routed and grounded foundation? Are you training and developing other leaders who will carry on what you taught them, simultaneously; help you to build a more structured and grounded foundation?

Building a solid, rooted and grounded foundation is not always noticeable, however; by investing time and money, excising patience, and staying focused one will eventually see that strong empire that will not be shaken, and allow him or her to get their desired returns.
