Everyone wants to have control over his or her situation, and sometimes it's not possible; therefore, one should do his or her best to take control; for, whenever one doesn't have control, there's where he or she experiences fear.

Being fearful stays with us for a long time because, being uncertain of a better way, many people cling to their fears which eventually become a part of who he or she is.

At whatever time ones feeling fearful or doubtful, he or she should flip the switch and think positive thoughts; don't attract negativity.
