One Must Be Vigilant About, Not Letting Discouragement Into His Or Her Life; Their Business, Health, Nor The State Of Their Relationships...

Leaders dispel discouragement; control the conversation and keep it optimistic and constructive. So, one should do what he or she can do today, to dispel discouragement in someone else’s life...

“Success is the ability to go from failure to failure without losing your enthusiasm.” ~ Winston Churchill

Leaders control the conversation and will end a discussion or change the topic if necessary. They will stop someone from complaining, if that person is complaining to someone else who cannot do anything about it.

One must be vigilant about, not letting discouragement anywhere into his or her life: not for their business, not for their health, nor for the state of their relationships...

True leaders will be proactive at dispelling discouragement in other people’s lives; and will seek out someone who is discouraged and give them encouragement, or assist them in focusing on what is working ~ what’s right.

“No matter how busy you are, you must take time to make the other person feel important.” ~ Mary Kay Ash

Find someone who is discouraged, and make a massive infusion of encouragement into his or her life. Let him or her know about a similar experience or setback you’ve had or about someone you know who has, and what positive changes came out of it.

Sometimes, one thinks he or she has to listen to other people’s negativity, in order to be considered a nice person. Don't listen, and don’t allow their negativity to pollute your mind.

One should share his or her enthusiasm; shift their focus to what works, and the possibilities…

Grateful and Victorious Velma
