Build For Your Team, A Feeling Of Oneness, Of Dependence On One Another, And Of Strength To Be Derived By Unity… Vince Lombardi

The main reason one starts a business, is to make money. However; he or she stands a better chance to succeed, with the help of others, mainly a team, where: Together, Everyone Achieves More…

Before selecting a business or product for marketing, it would be wise for business owners, as well as network marketers, to do some groundwork and careful research, as to product or service, people’s needs, overall expenses, revenue from sales, et cetera, before starting or launching their businesses.

“Build for your team a feeling of oneness, of dependence on one another and of strength to be derived by unity.” ~ Vince Lombardi

To build a strong team, one should always train and develop other leaders, who will carry on and teach their associates what they themselves have been taught.

“Appreciate everything your associates do for the business. Nothing else can quite substitute for a few well-chosen, well-timed, sincere words of praise. They're absolutely free and worth a fortune.” ~ Sam Walton

It’s proven that once there’s unity, there’s strength; so, one should help his or her Associates to become successful; and in turn, the Associates will be encouraged and do the same for their down-line.

“In the end, all business operations can be reduced to three words: people, product, and profits. Unless you've got a good team, you can't do much with the other two.” ~ Lee Iacocca
