Listening Is A lost Art. Without It, We Cannot Communicate, We Cannot Relate To Each Other, And So, We Cannot Live Life Meaningfully…

Whenever one is approached by someone else, implying that he or she wants to hold a conversation, no matter how busy one may be, don’t ever ignore them; this may be the occasion one’s been waiting for, they may never get that moment again…

“The most basic and powerful way to connect to another person is to listen. Just listen. Perhaps the most important thing we ever give each other is our attention... A loving silence often has far more power to heal and to connect than the most well-intentioned words.” ~ Rachel Naomi Remen

Listen intently to what others have to say, and refrain from asking questions or commenting until they ask you something, that definitely requires an answer.

"In silence lies the ability to listen; to listen to ourselves, to others and to God. Listening is a lost art. Without it we cannot communicate, we cannot relate to each other and so we cannot live life meaningfully.” ~ Unknown

One should listen, and keep ALL channels of communication ‘open’ at all times, and be approachable to both their children as well as their prospects. He or she may never know when they’ll say something of importance that they’ve been waiting to hear…

"We need to learn to listen. Sitting in silence allows us to listen to ourselves and to understand. This silence can heal. The worries, the pain can be healed when we listen. Spiritual medicine is ever-present in the soul. Whenever we need it, to whatever extent we need it, we can find it within.” ~ Unknown
