Talents Determine, What One Can Do. Motivation Determines, How Much He Or She Is Willing To Do; And Attitude Determines, How Well One Does It…

From birth, and especially during early childhood, one notices talents, in his or her children, just as our parents saw in us when we were growing-up; and one can guide a child in the right direction, in order to develop these talents.

“Your talent determines what you can do. Your motivation determines how much you are willing to do. Your attitude determines how well you do it.” ~ Lou Holtz

One doesn’t have to send a child to a school offering general studies, when he or she notices that that child likes to draw, paint, play the piano or has a great singing voice.  It would be beneficial to find a school that offers specialized education, and send that child to further his or her studies, and develop their talents…

I’m certain that, there are schools of the arts in a public setting that costs little or nothing to attend; also, community centers or local boys and girls clubs, that offer after school programs with curriculum that will help to develop a child’s talent.

While in church, as children are kept occupied, some tend to draw, mark-up their parent's book or bulletin, and not pay attention; but, one should let that child be or do, as long as they are not disruptive.  He or she might just be the next Michelangelo or Shakespeare…

"Passion is the driver of achievement in all fields.  Some people love doing things they don't feel they're good at.  That may be because they underestimate their talents or haven't yet put the work in to develop them." ~ Ken Robinson
