A Contented Mind, Is The Greatest Blessing, A Person Can Enjoy, In This World… Joseph Addison

“Contentment consists not in adding more fuel, but in taking away some fire; not in multiplying of wealth, but in subtracting people's desires. Generally those who boast most of contentment have least of it. Their very boasting shows they want something and basely beg it, namely commendation.” ~ Thomas Fuller

In life, one waits for, looks forward to, and anticipate many things; but, it's not all the time that he or she receives or gets that which they expect, and are contented.  Occasionally, one has to exercise great confidence that, whatever they wait and hope for, they will surely receive.

As one builds his or her business, and are faced with many obstacles, it can be difficult for him or her to find contentment or happiness.

"This is ironic because godliness, along with contentment, does put us ahead but not in the ways some imagine. You see we came into this world with nothing, and nothing is going with us on the way out!  So as long as we are clothed and fed, we should be happy." ~ 1 Timothy 6:6-8

One can become contented, when he or she finds solutions to problems, and/or challenges; however, as he or she finds one resolution, they can be overtaken by feelings of fear, and are still not fulfilled…

“A contented mind is the greatest blessing a person can enjoy in this world.” ~ Joseph Addison

To your contentment…

Grateful and Victorious Velma
