“Reach for the sky, set goals, live life to the fullest and always remember to wake up each day with a smile.” ~ Brandy Miller

As one goes through life, and are faced with some challenges, and/or difficulties, he or she has a tendency to become worried or afraid, which sometimes doesn't help; so,Why worry when you can pray?”

“Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray.

Pray about everything. God longs to hear your requests, so talk to Him about your needs and before you know it, a sense of His wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.” ~ Philippians 4: 6-7

When one becomes anxious, or overcome with doubts or fears, it's comforting to know that he or she can always find a cure or treatment for anxiety, in God’s Word ~ The Bible

Here is the bottom line: do not worry about your life. Don’t fuss about what’s on the table at mealtimes or whether the clothes in your closet are in fashion.  Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow.  God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes." ~ Matthew 6:25, 34
