You may have heard someone say that you should discover your passion and find a way to get paid for it. If you haven’t, then I am the first person to tell you that. What do you do, however, if you do not know what your passion really is? It is time that you get in touch with your inner spirit and find out, so that you can live your dreams. Discover Your Passion – The “Love” Time and time again, I see people fail to discover their passion by starting businesses and getting involved in projects that are not in their best interests. They start a business that they are not passionate about. Why sell magazines, if you cannot stand to read them yourself? Why would you promote a weight loss product, if you want to personally gain weight? A mistake you may be making is that you are focusing exclusively on what will provide the “highest” profits. Over time, the problem becomes that of a lack in interest. The more you love what you do, the more you will persevere. This means that if an obstacle comes into the picture, you will find a way around it, because you are working in a field you are passionate about! Also, when you capitalize on your unique qualities and gifts, you are making it easier on yourself. Discover Your Passion – How? There are so many people that don’t know how to discover their passion, so they cannot completely discover their purpose of life. They want to start a home business, but do not know what niche to promote. What you must do is sit alone and collect your thoughts on what you are good at, what you enjoy doing, and what gives you a sense of purpose in life. Then, find the common elements across everything you have written down. What you do with your life should be based solely on you, not anyone else. Do not let the media shape your dreams, as there is a lot of misleading information out there. Follow your heart, not your mind. It is okay to change your passion, if you are sure you are discovering what you need to do is making you happy. I certainly did. I realized that helping people with personal growth is one of my greatest purposes in life. If you help others, you can help yourself. The next thing you need to do, once you discover your passion, is to share it with the world!
