In the previous post I explained that there are triggers for menopause and hot flashes
It is based on how we eat and drink our favorite foods and drink. But as we get older in coping with menopause and hot flashes it has a great impact on your body. We don’t have any idea of the severity of the symptoms in terms of what we eat or drink.
Things you can do to keep your menopause and hot flashes under control
· Stay cool. Keep your bedroom cool at night. Use fans during the day. Wear light layers of clothes with natural fibers such as cotton.
· Try deep, slow abdominal breathing (six to eight breaths per minute). Practice deep breathing for 15 minutes in the morning, 15 minutes in the evening and at the onset of hot flashes.
· Exercise daily. Walking, swimming, dancing, and bicycling are all good choices.
· Chill pillows; cooler pillows to lay head on at night might be helpful.
Talk with your doctor about these ways that can help you as well as taking short-term (less than five years) of hormone replacement therapy, or HRT. This treatment prevents hot flashes in many women. There is more information to be discussed in future post about HRT.
Apply some of the mentioned guides to help you with your menopause and hot flashes to make things a little bit easier for you as you experience this “change of Life”.
All that's left to do is make one very simple decision right now, click here to get the women’s supplement that is designed to take care of all your menopausal needs.
I welcome your comments, questions and suggestions.
