I know that for me personally, when I receive an email that is nicely done, offers helpful info & advice and has an overall good feel about it, I have much more tendency to take a look at what they are offering, but when I receive a rude email, or one with bad etiquette, I quickly discard it.  | | We have learned Please and thank you as well as a simple hi go a long way on the internet. For people to follow or believe in you manners are important. All marketing on the internet involve "like" "know" and "trust". We have met many people who like good manners, and very few who don't. |

I think that there is likely a correlation with our off line activity but I also think that people are trying so hard to build a business or create a list and they don't have the patience to develop relationships. I think it is important to practice the same types of skill networking online as one would in person. Great thoughts. |

 | | Well done Ann. Unfortunately we see the down turn in manners and proper behaviour being reflected in emails, etc. If anything we need to try harder in print because our meaning can often be misunderstood. |

 | | I personally have loved this Blog... Courtesy on Emails it's something people forgot to apply a long time ago...
Instead they spam you Xplicitly, to see if you "take the Bait".... and sometimes it is a Great Product... but approach People like that, you loose 50% of your Sales Credibility's.... Instantly... Ann Moses... Again Great Work!!

I am amazed sometimes at just how rude and insulting people who purport to be "professionals" can be... for example... just this past weekend, I received an email from a subscriber who purchased a solo ad from my company.... needless to say, I could go on and on about this subject.
