Leader characterize in 10 Step is often overlooked. Too often we are put in the position of being a leader without asking to be. We have to accept that role and drive to achieve that leadership.
The accountability and expectations of being a leader can over whelm some people. However leadership usually comes with financial and spiritual rewards.
Leadership is what drives your business, moves it forward, building a long term relationship with team members, earning the respect, will increase your business.
Being the leader that people are looking for shouldn’t be devastating or threatening; take it slow and easy, embrace and move forward.

2. Is prepaid to lead
3. Believe in themselves
4. Believe in the team
5. Believe in the outcome

7. Knows that plan can be altered
8. Set back do not stop a leader
9. Expect and overcomes all challenges
