Losing weight is tough at any age, and as we get older, it seems like beating the flab becomes seemingly impossible.

In a recent study, scientists demonstrated this result by dividing volunteers into two groups.  One group was told to eat a large breakfast and a small dinner. The other group was told to do the opposite.

Both groups consumed the same amount of calories.   

At the end of the study, the scientists weighed the volunteers.

 

They found that the ‘big breakfast’ group has lost up to 10.5 lbs more than the ‘big dinner’ groups.

 

That means they lost weight up to 2.4 times faster!
