Hello my fellow network marketers, when you ask the question what is relationship marketing??? you will get a lot of answers. So I want to get right to the point about one of the things I have learned about the subject.
Relationship marketing is a strategy designed to foster customer loyalty, interaction and long-term engagement. This customer relationship management (CRM) approach focuses more on customer retention than customer acquisition. When you build a relationship in marketing you want to build on that relation becuase it will be very important later as you build your business.
Relationship marketing is designed to develop strong connections with customers by providing them with information directly suited to their needs and interests and by promoting open communication. This approach often results in increased word-of-mouth activity, repeat business and a willingness on the customer’s part to provide information to the organization.
Relationship marketing contrasts with transactional marketing, an approach that focuses on increasing the number of individual sales. Most organizations combine elements of both relationship and transaction marketing strategies.
For me it's about letting you know of what I'm doing so you may have questions and we can get to know each other that way.More than anything you must work on building that relationship. It will be as good as gold later on.Thanks

| | | | | Good stuff Jimmy. I find that retention is very important as well. It starts at the beginning of the relationship. People have followed me for years and when we finally do business we feel as though we know each other. Retention of their interest is where it all started. |
| | | | | Excellent Blog Jimmy ! Relationship are the key . Yhanks for share |
| | | | | Awesome blog.. building relationships is what it is all about. Getting people to know like and trust is an awesome way to build up a belief system as well as your business. Thanks for sharing.. |
| | | | | Preach my man Jimmy - lol It has been said that if people spent more time taking care of their current customers (business associates), they wouldn't have to spend so much time marketing to find new people. Thanks for sharing my friend |
| | | | | Building long term relationships is the name of the game in any kind of marketing. It costs five times more to find a new customer than sell to a repeat customer. Part of the branding process must always be customer or friendship status with everyone you encounter. |
