Today a few of us took time off to learn how to massage the newest member of our corporation. He is eight weeks and two days old. All the children own stock in the corporation because it was set up to help everyone.
His mother has been giving him massages since shortly after he was born. We wanted more information about the how and why so we took time off to learn. We have watched and seen that the bonding between mother and son has been enhanced by the massages. Since everyone is involved with raising the children here we thought it would be good to know how to bond with the child too.
The baby also is one of the calmest babies any of us have been around and we credit this to the time people spend with him, also the massages. With this new way to interact he will be getting even more attention from all who are here. It is easier to keep the corporation work being done when he is calm and quiet so it just made sense. This helps everyone because the children are always around while work is being done.
How we believe this relates to business is if you spend quality time with the people you work with both will feel better and not like they are being taken for granted. We are in business because we truly believe in our products and services and believe they will help those we work with. There is no need to sell to anyone because if they can’t see the value once we have explained the benefits, it is apparently not something they feel a need for.
