If you joined a program and never heard from the person who signed you up you might understand the reason for this article. If you didn’t figure out the program all by yourself chances are neither your sponsor or you are making money with the program.
Rocket scientists we are not, most people who join new programs are fairly new to internet marketing or have need of new products or services to enhance what they are currently doing. We all have to learn how to make things work like everyone else. A good sponsor is going to spend the time teaching others how to duplicate what they are doing. This increases the income potential of both parties. We have had three sponsors who thought as much of us as their bottom line. We are doing best with these three programs.
We always send anyone who joins us an email as soon as we become aware they joined one of our programs. The facebook address and a back up email address are always in the first email. Skype is another program we use as a way to be reached. Our phone number is in every email. We want the people who join us to be able to reach us whenever someone is available to help.
Our motto is "what helps those who join under us helps us” This is just part of who we are as a corporation. Recently we learned that using advertising forums and “post ads free” sites have increased the number of people who are both looking at and joining our programs.
This information and any new thing we learn we pass on to those who we are training. Training is never formal although in some cases it should be. No two people work at the same pace so our way is passing along things that work and working one on one when someone asks for help.
We respond as quickly as possible to every request for information we get. If we can’t give an answer immediately our answer is “we don‘t know so give us time to research” and “we will contact you as soon as we have an answer.” A time frame is given if possible. We always follow through. If we build trust by doing this when we have new information they believe us when we pass it on.
All MLM’s are built to reward people who do well. The better you and your downline do, the more you will personally be rewarded. It just makes sense to spend the time to teach those who join below you.

When I realized this problem I advised the owner to sell the company which they didn't do. It went boom in a big way quickly after I stopped working with the owner. |
