As a corporation we are finding most of our products and services are tied to the United States and Canada.
Our visitors however are truly international. It was not our intention to be “stuck” with a small market and doing our advertising to this small audience in the worldwide scheme of things.
While working on a website we were building in Jan 2011 we found that the market for wheelchairs and the parts to keep them moving was worldwide. The most functional with the best price point were manufactured outside the United states. We were amazed to find out how many countries wheelchairs and their parts were manufactured in.
At the time we thought selling wheelchairs and parts was a great idea. Everyone who works here either is or was in one. To our way of thinking it was something most people are going to need at some point in their lives. It also would have turned out to be a truly international business. Years of experience using many brands for legs probably makes us experts in the field, and we certainly know what parts need replaced the most. A lack of passion in this area was our main problem.
An important thing to remember when looking for a product site or service is a worldwide need. If this is not taking into consideration there will be a limit to the audience you can reach. If your product site or service is great and people outside your target area can’t use it they would tend to be unhappy with you or your company.
When you are looking for a program remember to look at it from a worldwide angle. Most social sites are truly international and you will receive visitors from about every country in this world we share. There are some great ideas worldwide and with a little help they could each become global. It just takes people with vision to make them work.
One program we are involved with is one which will work worldwide and has the ability to help every community in the world. It is by far the best paying business of it’s kind we have found. If you have vision no matter where you live in the world this program could easily fund your retirement. The only “expense” with this program is time. Just share it with businesses, your friends, oh and this program is something you are willing to share because it helps those you know and love as well as everyone else. It is also free to them. Those not sharing the program gain by getting great discounts from local merchants.

 | | In our case the traffic exchange we use is based in England. It has been around a while and is well respected. This truly gives us a worldwide audience, we needed to truly think international to be able to have something for this audience. Thank you Dave for dropping by. |
