In your branding, do you show you care, about the best interest of the client or only your self-interest? If you question where your interests are, step back, to take a good look at you and your business. It is important to understand as a business owner, the best interest of the client/buyer starts with you.

How do you define competition?

Since the inception of my business, I have always maintained I have no competition. People have come to me many times for “parts of brands.” When it comes to the parts of brands there are experts. I have never considered myself an expert website builder, Graphic designer, content creator, or marketer. Lisech eMarketing does not create videos, and does very little social media posting for others. My areas of specialization have always been branding and search engine optimization. Although those are all parts of a brand, they are just parts.

Cohesive branding

 My service is providing a team of experts, and then guiding them, so every part of the brand is cohesive. Our goal is to send the brand message of the brand owner, with the best return, for the lowest realistic price possible. As of yet I have not seen another branding company owner with 31 years of experience anywhere near my price range. My business does not exist to create a huge profit. It exists because I love what I do.


Self-interest

If I served my self-interest I would do it all, in spite of the fact that I don’t consider myself an expert in any of the fields required. It does take a working knowedge of each discipline to do what I do. There are times I have filled in for one discipline or another. This was never done in my self-interest. In every case, it was done because I couldn’t find anyone who could or would put out even a working product for the price the customer said they could afford.

Best interest 

If your product or service isn’t what is in the best interest of the client what do you do? Do you ask enough questions to even know what a prospective client or customer’s real needs are? Most of the clients who come to me for single services are referred to experts I know personally, like, and trust.Lisech eMarketing a branding company asks questions

How I choose

Which one, is determined by how much they say they can afford and their brand message. There is no way I would send the Neo Elegance (a skin care company) brand to a graphic designer who specializes in music graphics.  I don’t earn from those referrals however those whom I refer are willing to be team members when I need them.  This includes for my consulting clients. 

 

If I didn’t care about my friends why would anyone care to do business with my company?  

Although it is rare I share the names of the company owners I refer in public, those who contact me privately have always been given this information. None of them needs my help with doing publicity for their business. All of them have learned enough from me to market their own businesses.
